Comprehensive statutory overhauls of investment-promotion frameworks, export-processing zone (maquila/zona franca/SEZ) statutes, and FDI fiscal-incentive architectures in Latin America and emerging markets — instruments that directly shape where global manufacturing, BPO, and services supply chains locate.
