RadiciGroup is an Italian chemicals and engineering-plastics group built around nylon chemistry, and one of the few players in Europe that is vertically integrated across the whole polyamide chain. It runs two business areas.
Confirmed by three independent primary sources: RadiciGroup's own press release (radicigroup.com), Lone Star Funds' own press release (lonestarfunds.com, 2026-04-30), and Il Sole 24 Ore's 2026-05-01 closing report. Lone Star's affiliate acquired 100% of RadiciGroup's Specialty Chemicals and High Performance Polymers business areas โ the two business areas this dossier's material exposures and production footprint describe. The deal (announced 2025-02-23, closed 2026-04-30) is being combined with a simultaneous Lone Star acquisition of DOMO Engineered Materials into 'a global, independent tier-1 compounder' under CEO Jochen Fabritius, continuing to trade under the RadiciGroup, DOMO and TECHNYL(R) brands. The Radici family retained the unrelated Advanced Textile Solutions business (now under new entity Raditex, formed from the old Radici Partecipazioni S.p.A.), Itema, Geogreen and the Excelsior San Marco hotel.
Every exposure is read as a buyer dependency; the top 2 are its binding chokepoints.
As a buyer, policy pressure across its consumed materials is flat.
Descriptive trend in official policy actions on this companyโs materials โ a policy-pressure trend, not a price or trading signal. No forward probability is implied. Direction is measured on actions we have discovered, and discovery lags events: where the recent window is too thin to support a calm reading, the row says coverage-limited instead of easing.
No actions in the register have named or swept this company in the last 24 months.
